IERE Express Couriers, Ltd was created by popular request, as a result of being disappointed and frustrated with the International courier shipping services available in Trinidad. As former courier customers, we know what it's like to wait anxiously for your packages to arrive from the U.S. and be disappointed every time they fail to be delivered on time! Also, we became more and more frustrated with the rising rates and the declining services provided by these respective courier companies.

We were tired of ordering Christmas presents well before December 25th only to find that they were being delivered way past the holidays. In some cases, we were notified of our package arrival via email and that we had to pick up our packages personally. We hastily arrived to pick up the packages, only to find out that the packages were unavailable. They had been consigned to some distant warehouse by the Courier Company until after the holiday rush was over! We vowed to change all of that!

IERE Express is the first TT shipping company to provide a Personal Touch! We have more than 30 years of combined Service Delivery Industry, Training and Leadership, Shipping, Courier Experience and so much more. We are an eclectic team with varying educational, artistic and business backgrounds and experiences and we understand our members! We have been there, done that!

As we continue to grow our company and improve our Service Delivery Process, we plan to ask you for Feedback and Suggestions. We will provide service with a Personal Touch and you should anticipate a little lagniappe — a personal gift when you give us your personal opinion.
