How the IERE Express Courier Service Works

First, a New Customer signs up and becomes a Valued IERE Member with a Personal (single/family) TT# or Corporate (multiple authorized users) TTC# shopper account with IERE Express — by phone, on our website, or in person
As a Valued IERE Express Member, you can make purchases on the internet, by phone, or in person
Use your assigned US address with Skybox/suite # for IERE Miami, Florida to have your purchases shipped to us by any major carrier (UPS, USPS, Fedex, Laser Ship, DHL, etc.). Please ensure that you include your name and Skybox/suite # with our IERE MIA street address. We accept (authorized) in person package drop offs at our IERE Express office in Miami, Florida for shipping to Trinidad and Tobago
Next, your package will arrive at our IERE Express office in Miami, Florida where delivery is recorded and the package will be opened, inspected (TSA — US gov't requirement) and checked into our IERE Database system. Upon completion, you will receive an email notification
Our IERE Express team in the U.S. will prepare your package for shipment to Trinidad and Tobago. Some packages may be repacked (at IERE Express' discretion and for a nominal fee) if, we can save you on 5lbs or more. Members with multiple packages within a week can request consolidation of two (2) packages in one (1) —> (5 shipping days maximum package storage) to ensure safe handling and economical shipping per poundage – by actual or volumetric weight, whichever is greater. Upon completion, you will receive an email notification
Please Note: Electronics and certain fragile items cannot be repackaged or consolidated
Upon arrival in Piarco International Airport, Trinidad, our experienced IERE Express Shipping Coordinators will clear and process your package through the Trinidad and Tobago Customs Service Air Bond
Finally, we will notify you when your package arrives and is cleared through the T&T Customs Bond. Your package will be delivered to you within 3 business days if you choose our delivery service. You can also choose to pick up your package at one of our local IERE Express offices, within two weeks after your
